Ramadan Day 6

I like this one and that reminds me something I read not long ago.......In some of the African tribes, women who learn they are pregnant go in pilgrimage in the desert/mountains and give thanks to God.
I keep in my prayers all the women who have received the blessing to be mums and the ones who keep praying this blessing would come their way.
Keeping you too Yosra in my thoughts.

Asalamu Alaykom Marie,

That's a really great thought to add to this post! Universal truths transcend all cultures. What I'm saying here for this picture of the empty crib is also true for countries where babies sleep on hammocks. African tribal women giving thanks are doing exactly what we could be doing in America or Europe...or Egypt :)

Thanks for your loving prayers for the world, Marie. While each of our individual prayers are but a drop in the ocean, the ocean would be less without us :)

And I'm OK today, alhumdulillah. I'm back to fasting with the doctora's renewed bill of health. Alhumdulillah---about 20 minutes to go on this fast! Inshahallah.

Light and Love!
